Manage or cancel your Gold subscription

How to update billing, cancel your subscription, and understand what happens after cancellation.

Managing your subscription

  • Go to My Account → Subscription to see your current Gold status, start date, and next renewal date.

  • Stripe subscribers can access the billing portal from that page to update payment method or download invoices.

Cancelling

  • Go to My Account → Subscription and tap Cancel my subscription.

  • Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

  • Your Gold access continues until the end of the current billing period — you are not cut off immediately.

  • After the period ends, your account reverts to a free member account.

  • Your data, profile, and history are preserved.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.

  • If you experience a billing error, contact [email protected] within 7 days.
