Quick checks when likes or recently viewed items seem missing or out of sync.

Quick checks

  • Confirm you are logged in to the same account on both devices.

  • Refresh the page and reopen Favorites/History.

  • Open one new item to force a fresh history signal.

If issue persists

Contact support with account email, language route used (/en or /fr), and the exact content URL that did not sync.
