How it works
Home can show a Continue where you left off banner based on your latest viewed content.
For signed-in users, resume can hydrate from account history for cross-device continuity.
The banner is language-agnostic and can point to English or French content.
Hide vs Clear
Hide dismisses the current resume item until a new article becomes your latest.
Clear removes the saved resume entry and hides the banner until a new one is created.
