Playback indicators

  • A red wave/active state indicates currently playing audio content.

  • Hero image overlays and play controls reflect active playback state.

  • An offline pin icon means the item is available locally on this device.

Mute behavior

  • When media is playing, a floating mute indicator can appear for quick toggle.

  • You can also mute/unmute from player settings and controls.

Offline playback and cache

  • In Audio/Video settings, turn ON Download Favorites to save favorite audio for faster and offline listening.

  • Turn ON Maximum Offline Cache to preload key pages and core content APIs.

  • Use Wi-Fi only and Charging only download policies to control battery and data usage.

  • Use Offline Status, Sync now, and Clear cache in settings to monitor and manage cached data.

  • The offline pin appears only when that item is already cached on this device.

  • Some sections (like YouTube-driven video sections) may stay online-only even if pages are cached.
